The WinTV Media Center products add TV watching and recording support to Windows Vista Home Premium and Ultimate plus Windows XP Media Center Edition, plus third party TV applications such as MythTV and MediaPortal.
Note: these WinTV products do not include a remote control or an MPEG-2 video decoder. Please check with Microsoft for a list of the latest certified remote controls and video decoders.
WinTV-HVR-2200 MC
A PCI Express, dual tuner, hybrid board for analogue PAL/SECAM and digital DVB-T reception
- Two TV tuners on board each able to tune to PAL/SECAM for analogue TV and DVB-T for TV.
- Built-in two hardware MPEG-2 encoders, so your system does not slow down while recording TV.
- PCI Express x1 board.
- Includes FM radio receiver.
WinTV-PVR-150 MC
- Watch and record analogue TV or listen to FM radio with the MyTV and MyRadio buttons in Media Center.
- Use Media Center's built-in TV scheduler to schedule recordings of your favorite TV shows.
- WinTV-PVR-150 MC's built-in hardware MPEG-2 encoder allows you to continue to use your computer while recording. Listen to music, watch digital pictures or play a DVD movie while recording your favorite TV show!
- Install more than one WinTV-PVR-150 MC in your MC PC so you can watch one channel while recording another.
