Please go to the drop down box called "Channel" and then select "refresh login" and then try to start again. Do this up to 3 times, if it still isn't working restart your PC in case you forgot to do so after installation.
Final solution would be to uninstall the StreamEez Software, run the HCWclear.exe to remove the drivers, re-start the computer, install the HD-PVR 2 1.3 CD (Step 1 and 2), re-start the computer and then install the StreamEez again (Step 1 and Step 2).
