Video Play only 5sec

Yesterday i both a new Cell Phone and i try the TV out.
I Try everything to watch TV. The Strem Stop at 5Sec i dont know why?

What is the actual make and model of the cell phone ? do you have another cell phone that it actually works with ? if it is working via the browser then it normally is the cell phone end.
