Recording stopped; why?

Attached is an extract from the TVServer.log file. At the 00:15:51.601 mark, something happened but I can't interpret what the data is saying to know what. Functionally, what happened is the recording just stopped and shut down. I'm trying to figure out why.

As it turns out, this is a show I record 5 nights/week and this is the 1st time it hasn't run to completion since I've been running WinTV 7 2.5d. My card is a 2250 dual tuner card. Only one tuner was in use. I was not present when the recording shut down. I discovered it well after the fact.

BTW, the TVServer.log file grows indefinitely. I have to kill the tv server and delete the TVServer.log file every few weeks or it would grow to consume my entire hard drive. This extract came from a TVServer.log file that was 300 GB in size. There ought to be some way you can have the TVServer.log file clean up after itself.
