    Default HD PVR Lost sound to tv ------HELP-------

    HD PVR Lost sound to TV 3 week ago has been ok from march 2012 when installed. all leads are ok and if the PVR is removed the sound comes back. have sent emails to Hauppauge and now gone cold when i told them where it was purchased from. could someone please HELP

    It sounds like it is faulty unfortunately.

    Where was it purchased from ? if it is from a recommended retailer and you still have the original proof of purchase then it would be covered by warranty, if it was purchased from ebay then you would need to contact the seller as it would not be covered.

    Hi,

    Purchased from play.com end of Feb 2012. Play give 30 days warranty and then ask you to contact the manufacture
