WinTV 7 will not run

When I start WinTV v7.0, with the latest update 2.5d, it starts the "Checking system health" and then - nothing.
I find WinTV running in the task manager (but with zero CPU) but it will not show on the screen.

I enclose the log file. Any ideas?

It looks like something is wrong with the database file:

2012-07-17 20:41:48.123 [ERROR][3] Unexpected critical error getting database connection: System.Data.OleDb.OleDbException: Ukjent databaseformat: C:\Users\Public\WinTV\Channel Database\hcwChanDB_5.mdb

You might need to uninstall, delete that file (if it's still there), then reinstall.

However, the whole WinTV-folder was gone after uninstall so I could not make any other changes.
Have now tried to reinstall clean from CD and then tried the updated 2.5d - either way have not made any change.
Now what?

Can you zip and attach the "C:\Users\Public\WinTV\Channel Database\hcwChanDB_5.mdb". I'll try opening it here to see if it's corrupt.

Hey, I'm up and running again.
After one BSoD and 3 reinstalls of WinTV I answered "No" to keeping the existing channel list. This prompted a rescan and voila; everything works again.
