    Default Extend services not installing

    i have tried installing on two different PC's with the same results.
    I have uninstalled, run HWClear, reinstalled on both machines but the extend services directory is not being created in the WINTV directory. I know I should supply logs with this request for help but I don't know what to supply as the files are not being installed. My CD is tabled WINTV v7 HD version 2.4D ACC.
    Please help.
    after updating to 2.5d version- 7.0.30151 (cd 2.5D)
    Does this mean I have been supplied with an Old CD that does not have extend on it?
    If so how do I get a replacement that works?

    You need to have Wintv 7.2 for extend services

    Did you buy the extend cd

    I have the same problem but i habe buy the CD and i use them.

    My disk was a new one just supplied from a hauppauge web site purchase.
    I have since sent the disk back and I am still waiting for it to be replaced
