I have had the PVR for over a month now and I hadn't had a single problem. However over the last week or so the Arcsoft totalmedia Showbiz v3.5.17.77 software has become slow and tends to crash. It now no longer allows me to view any of the videos I have recorded either failing to upload/recognize, or just simply stoppinghaving believed it was done yet still nothing can be viewed. I am able to play the videos via windows media player just not through the software provided

Can anyone help ?
