My Colossus recording problem

I had my colossus for like a week now, and im trying to see if their's a better to program to capture my gameplay, this arcsoft showbiz (ver. 3.5.17.77) doesnt have any formats that work with my Sony vegas or Adobe Aftereffects, the .mp4 works but the audio doesn't load in sony vegas, same with AE, and the .M2TS or .TS files look doesnt load right in either program, and any video converter program just make the files look like dukey, after upload to youtube. I could upload to youtube, then download(.mp4),then edit in sony vegas or AE to do commentaries but thats a waste of time with my slow upload and download's.

Same, no sound for me. If you want to have sound in your Videos simply download the Free Video to MP3 Converter from DvD Video Soft then but the raw clip in Vegas, etc. and the mp3 file itself this is how I do it. Ive had luck getting the audio to import into Adobe Premiere. You can export a different format from there if desirable. You shouldnt be editing with aftereffects anyways- thats for effects.
