    I wasn't able to overwrite the file (it was locked by one of WinTV's services) but for some reasoin PiP started working again.

    I switched to TV Mode (full screen) and tried PiP and it worked. After that, it also worked in all other window modes...

    If I look at the Settings.xml file, nothing has changed at all so apparently whatever the problem was, it was not in the Settings.xml...

    I think it must have been related to that previous attempt at opening PIP with Always on Top enabled - I see this bug here. We'll fix that.

    I have just reinstalled wintv today but find the PIP not working, i have downloaded the settings.xml but still no PIP
