    Default Colossus "Fast-Forward" recording problem

Hi all, I have been struggling with the Colossus card for a few hours. I can get it to record files using the Arcsoft software but every recording it does seems to be in "fast forward". When I play it back, it will play back at 2x speed or faster. Checking the file itself, it appears if some of the FPS seem off, etc. I had a previous computer that I installed this computer on and by turning off the HW acceleration, it seemed to solve it. However, I cannot resolve it on the current PC with the same settings. The settings are as follows. I have also installed the newest driver aside from the ones on the CD with no help. Any assistance would be most appreciated!

    - Video: HDMI
    - AudioL: HDMI
    - Hardware Acceleration: Off
    - Saved Format: MP4

    Device Settings:
    - Video Decoder
    - Video StandardL NTSC_M
    - VCR Input: Off
    - Video Proc Amp
    - Default all

    Format Settings:
    - Hauppage Encoder
    - Aspect Ratio: Auto, 16:9, 16:9
    - Video
    - TBC Enable: Off
    - Scale Factor: 1/4
    - Audio - Analog Boost: Off
    - Analog Capture: AAC

    Video Encoder:
    - Bit Rate: 8Mbps
    - Peak Bit: 8Mbps
    - Bit rate: Constant

BTW, this is through the HDMI port that I am recording from and the content is not HDCP.

What software are you playing back in? Can you try recording in ts?

I record using the ArcSoft software and playback is using the editing mode in that or VLC. I still get the same issues. When I look at the media info of the file, its ridiculously high FPS (400+ at times). The HW acceleration is off, so that shouldn't be an issue.

That being said, if I record in .ts, it'll produce 120 fps recordings. Any help would be most appreciated.
