Try again using CD 2.5a, which supports switching NTSC -> PAL without changing the GenPCI.ini file.
I guess it's outputting NTSC not PAL-60, as that board doesn't support PAL-60
I'm trying to capture a NTSC VHS tape from a PAL VCR using the HVR-1300 Composite input but it doesn't display correctly sort of rolled up the screen abit, the colour and audio seem ok, PAL tape work fine. After a bit of googling I established that the VCR most likely out puts in Pal 60. Dscaler seems to be the only app I've able to get to display the video correctly at the moment but would love to get WinTV to do as well so I can capture straight to .ts or MPEG2.
There are a couple of posts with a modified GenUSB.ini file to enalbe this, it this possible with this cards? if so what do I need to modify GenPCI.ini to?
OS:XP Pro
WinTV Ver:7.0.30038
Thanks in advance.
