    Default Some channels not found

    CD 2.5 Stick model 520009
    Most important channels not found

After installing and updating drivers and the CD version, scanning finds 73 channels from Crystal Palace, but not BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch 4, Ch 5. Windows Media Center finds 77 but not the ones I want. A TV set-top box using the same roof aerial receives the important channels that Win-TV fails to detect.

I have scanned repeatedly, trying one and both TV inputs. Always the nearest channel to what I want is #9 BBC FOUR.

In Windows Task Mgr Services, Win TV Extender cannot be stopped, access denied. I excluded this feature from the install options.

The number for the local technical support team 020 7378 0202 is not in service.

It didn't find anything on 482MHz and 506MHz (The main ITV/BBC ones). Are you using the cable that joins both tuner inputs together?

Try running this tool on both tuners sepereately and post the logs

I checked the cable. One of its connections may have been loose, and there has been a little bother with the USB port, but a re-scan finds the missing channels, BBC1 etc.

    Thanks!
