    Default HD PVR Gaming Edtion - Drivers

    Hello,

    I'm Dutch and hope someone can understand my English.
    I got my HD PVR gaming edtion for a few weeks.
    I installed the software Arcsoft Showbiz and the drivers on the CD, when I begin with recording every thing go fine only I can't put my files into sony vegas, so I installed the other drivers from the website and now every thing go fine agian. But now a week later my HD PVR keep saying No signal every 10 seconds unpossible to play with this message on your TV so I really don't know what to do right now.

    Is it possible to reset the PVR and install every thing agian? or is there someone else with another suggestion.

    My PC information
    Windows 7 (64 bit)
    4GB Ram
    Enough space to record like 100 gb or someting.

    What I do when I'm going to record:

    Turn on PC
    Connect USB
    Turn on Hauppauge HD PVR gaming edtion
    Turn on Xbox and TV
    Start Arcsoft showbiz.

    Can you look into the device manager for the HD-PVR, what does it show for the driver version ?

    Does it show a recording on the laptop? Is the No Signal message just on the TV or is there no signal at both?
    I have the same problem and it was the component leads from the HD PVR to the TV. I found this out because the laptop kept showing a picture, so I knew the PS3 to HD PVR was ok.

    I'm using the this drivers:
    HD PVR driver version 1.5.7.0

    Downloaded from the Hauppauge website.

    I tried to reïnstall it but it doesn't work

    Did you tried the cables, both into HD PVR and TV? I had the same problems, so changed the component leads and all worked fine.

    Yes I can see the screen on my laptop.

    The no signal message is comming from my hd pvr and shows up on the TV.

    Hi,

    The problem is my component cabels.
    I'm using the gaming component cabels of the PVR.
    When I dont connect my xbox to my hd pvr but directly to me tv still got same problem.

    windows vista home premium sp2
    3.00gb ram
    graphics upto date
    java upto date
    all connections work fine to & from ps3 to laptop
    problem.........
    arcsoft showbiz..the short cut wont work
    it fails to launch the application so i cant record.
    ok any help please product new bought 7 days ago..
