Recording fails to playback with mediaplayer or VLC, etc
I have some sort of issue where if a schedule a recording afterwards when I try to play it back it will not play with Windows media player or VLC. It will play with the wintv program.
If I manually start the recording then afterwards vlc and Media Player will playback the .ts file.
I have attached the log.txt from while it was running as well as the wintvrec.txt
The scheduled recording when ran through ffmpeg -i gives the following errors.
Re: Recording fails to playback with mediaplayer or VLC, etc
No.. the playback fails because the recording is corrupt not because the players don't like the format.
I have noticed that it records well on the HD portion of the channel and the errors are on the SD sub channel.

Digital Recordings will always have some small errors in, most player should be able to handle this. I'm surprised VLC doesn't. It's ususally pretty good.
