All of a sudden, WinTV is sporadically not generating output (a .ts file) from analog channels. QAM channels record fine. Sometimes, and its about 50/50, I do get analog output.
I have a dual tuner, 2250 and Media Center picks up the same analog shows WinTV isn't so it appears the hardware/card is transferring signal from the cable to software. The same show = I schedule 2 recordings of the same show, 1 with WinTV, 1 with Media Center. I'm not sure what 'No Stream...' means.
Anyway, here are some WinTVRec logs for review. Any guidance would be appreciated. For now I'm just not scheduling anything analog with WinTV and using Media Center instead.
I have 2 machines with 2250 cards noted in my profile. The recordings on the 32 bit Vista machine come out okay but I haven't upgraded it to 2.4d yet. The problem machine is the 64 bit Win 7 machine.
I'd love to go back to WinTV 2.2b which worked like a charm but apparently it doesn't work with the 2.4d drivers. I don't recall the exact error message I get when I try to install 2.2b but it was something to the effect that the software was incompatible with the drivers. If its of any use, I can try to install it again and cap the message. When I tried to install the 2.2b drivers, the installation routine just hung.
