Default Help setting up TVHeadEnd with HVR4000 please?

Hi, I'm trying to set up my home server (running Ubuntu 11.04 - 11.10 is rubbish just now) to stream TV to the house using TVHeadend, I already have a support post open at their forums here.

Here's what I have on my pages :

Apparently I need to set the "NIT-o Network ID" to scan properly (could someone supply this?), also I believe that the latest builds of the Ubuntu kernel already support this card so I don't need to supply any drives, is this true?

    Any help would be great!

I had the same issue, the error disseqc -1 setup failed is probably due to not installing the firmware for the card.

Further confirmation of this would be seeing something like this in your /var/log/messages

    kernel: [ 399.142056] cx24116_firmware_ondemand: Waiting for firmware upload (dvb-fe-cx24116.fw)...
    kernel: [ 399.142067] cx88_audio 0000:01:01.1: firmware: requesting dvb-fe-cx24116.fw
    kernel: [ 399.152048] cx24116_firmware_ondemand: Waiting for firmware upload(2)...

    Follow the instructions here:

    This should get you working.

    Matt
