Ive just built a new system and getting huge flickering using the latest install of wintv 2.3g download.

Its not signal related i get the same on composite input, its not latency spikes the latency checker tool was fine. I saw some other posts with similar problems with solutions such as disable C1E in BIOS, disable dynamic contrast in redeon ccc but none of this works.

Im running windows xp/sp3, onboard graphics on a gigabyte ga-ma785gmt-ud2h (radeon 4400), processor AMD phenom II 945 with 4GB RAM. Absolutely all drivers/BIOS etc i can think of are latest versions.

Any ideas what else i can check?
