Tried to download some free software, looked like crap and had a big watermarkstamp in the middle. The only thing i want to do is to "cut out" a specific gameplay of what i've recorded to put on youtube.

yeah. that software worked pretty good, thanks. i just dont know what to do when the trial version runs out.
Has anybody used this :
It appears to be free too.......
I get ya. But my point is that I want a pony.
Or, to put another way: Wish on one hand and crap on the other and see which fills up first.
It's not east to write intuitive, functional, and simple-to-use video editing software (especially MPEG4). You're not going to find good stuff for free. Either limp along with the free software (which I've found to be lackluster), or buy VideoReDo.
Anyways, I'll also try to be helpful and point you to the free H264TS_Cutter
Ive read good/ok things about it, and aparently works with h.264 etc
Ive never tried it myself because I own Videoredo which IMO is the best Cutter/Splitter for these files
HDPVR: Do Not record in MP4 format
even if your recording XBOX ..........
I use FameRing's video splitter. Seems to only put a watermark at the start for a split second (not on the video, but on a black frame) during the trial. I have the full version though so that's not a problem, works very well with my PVR recordings so I would say it's worth getting.
