FM but no DABs - why
I do not particularly want a DAB tuner - where I am even with a roof aerial I can't get a signal and the compression used makes the sound inferior to radio from Freeview, Freesat and internet radio.
I appreciate that FM radios have tiny circuits so mobile phones and USB sticks can include an FM reciever but on a PCI card or external USB box it shouldn't be too difficult to include DAB radio.
So why isn't it? Is there a technical reason or is it that no one would buy it anyway?
I see there is a Hauppauge Freeview HD stick. Perhaps there will be a new top of the range model to replace the 4400 with a version that picks up Freeview HD soon.

Re: FM but no DABs - why
I think your first line said it all :-)
I guess Demand/Cost esentially is the reason.
