I'm so sorry for my bad Inglese but I'm Italian and I'm the owner of a HD PVR for Nearly a year and I Still Have not solved this problem:
When I turn on my PVR is the preview of the video there are a flickering in some parts of the screen and this is very annoying as it is impossible to ignore me so I signed up for this support site to ask you a solution.
The moderator seraph advised me to install the new drivers 1 5 7 0 (if I remember correctly) to correct the problem and I've downloaded from here: http://www.wintvcd.co.uk/drivers/HD- .. .5 _7_0_WHQL.zip
And I tried to install them:
1: I've downloaded them
2: I put the file inside the zip to a folder on desktop (Even though I found 3 errors in which he told of having to replace some files)
3: I clicked on Hcwdriverinstall.exe.
immediately after you open a blue window (it is equal to the window of the driver installation CD) with a circle with a shot, which turns around and after a few seconds I appeared this inscription:
Drivers Have NOT Been updated. file not found. (One or more components are missing or corrupt driver.) <<Click To exit.>>
and if I click on Show Details I get this screen:

What can I do to fix it?
We would add that before you tried to install the new drivers I uninstalled the old ones using this procedure
I inserted a cd of software
I clicked on 2 CDs and browse the folder as I opened
3 hcwclear I clicked and I clicked on:
Remove all WINTV Drivers File
4 I rebooted the PC.

I also tried uninstalling the WIN TV INF Files hcwclear always using it did not work.
Now I reinstalled the old drivers with the flicker and the whole program.
I am waiting for your help!

I'm not too sure what return code 23 is. Sounds like you have a corrupt download though, what with having to replace files from the download!!

Did you try downloading them again? If you PM me your email address, i can send you them that way instead.
