    Default Full screen interference ?

    WinTV7 running on HVR950 model 1198 - Windows XP SP3

    When viewing TV in full screen mode, at the top of the screen, where the picture stops and the black margin appears, I have what can only be described as long and short flickering, very thin lines/dashes. Almost like Morse code.

    I do not have this problem in the smaller modes, mainly because they do not show that area.

    Picture quality is stable and very clear for all TV (antenna) channels.

    It is distracting an annoying. I have no similar problems or any AC interference on other TV sets in the house.

    It seems the latest driver download (11/18) has fixed the problem.
