I seem to be having the same issues others have had, which is getting the "Drivers were NOT update, compatible hardware has not been detected" error, even though it's plugged in.

I've tried both the drivers on the disc and on the site, and I've tried the USB 2.0 cord that came with it and another we have for the printer.

Help?
