    Default MS Expression Encoder 4 & NOVA-HD-S2

    Having issues using :-

    - NOVA-HD-S2 pci card
    - Windows 7 (32 bit)
    - MS Expression Encoder Pro
    - MS 2008 Media Server

Adding the NOVA as a "Live Source" within Encoder 4 Pro produces the error:-
"Unable to open Device. Device in use by another application"

Thus unable to multicast freeSAT channels.

    Any assistance greatly appreciated.

MS in US attempting to obtain similar card. Awaiting their response.
    Regards

Unfortunately MS came back with the statement "This is not supported"...It looked like they were also not going to rectify the problem...

In the end went with a different "solution" not using any of the "product" in my original tests...
