Default WinTV v7.2 - Extends and multiple streams

Hello! I have a question regarding WinTV v7.2. The website claims that it has support for multiple cards(which is great!). However, I cannot find anything to indicate that is can support multiple streams. I have two HVR - 1600 cards, and I would like to stream the input from both of them. I've searched the forum and read the user guide, but I just can't find any documentation on it.

Can WinTV v7.2 - Extends broadcast multiple streams at once? Does it have any multicast functionality?

only one card at a time for streaming

you can have multiple cards in there though:

    e.g. I have HVR-900 (DVB-T and PAL) and Nova-HD-S2 (DVB-S)

OK, my next question would be: Is it possible to run multiple instances of the program? For example, with Expression Encoder 3, I was allowed to run an instance for each card, and thereby get two streams(even though only one was allowed per program).
