Help with configuration!!! HVR-950Q

Hi there, I'm new here and I'm having trouble installing and configuring the Tuner.

My Tuner model is 9500.

I had already tried to uninstall and reinstall, with no help at all.

When I try to configure it to the antenna channels, I get to this:

Is this an HVR-950Q? If so, try setting the PC's power profile to "Balanced" then reboot.

Weird, instead of Balanced, I turned it to Full Power or sth like that and it came back to life.

this was fixed in the latest WHQL driver.
