Can you enabled extended logging, then reboot, then start WinTV, then post the logs again?
Hi there.
I cannot get the WinTV to detect my card, i have tried the following:
- Let Windows 7 detect the best driver.
- Driver from the previous WinTV 7 1.2 cd.
- Driver from the WinTV 1.3 cd.
- Driver from hauppauge support site.
Tried the different combinations while running hcwclear with a reboot after each try.

You see to have the same problem as this thread: http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/board/showthread.php?t=19345
The solution is near the end of that thread.

The tuner is now detected. Would never have found out where it failed by myself. Thanks a bunch for the help and quick answers TheNewGuy![]()
