    Default IR in WinTv 1.2c functional partialy

    In version 1.2a functional all IR commands, but in 1.2c i can only swit channels,
    set volume only Down and not Up, don't record over IR :-(.
    If instal IR from 1.2a and run 1.2c, then WinTv crasched :-(.
