Is this ONLY from TitanTV or if you manually add say an ATSC recorded and go in to edit it - does it have the problem?

Have you tried this on CD 1.2a?

You have to be real careful to make sure you save it with the desired channel.

change the attachment name to tvpi

I tried this on 1.2A and it was not fixed. I switched back to 1.2 had all kind of problems trying to load the Analog cable channels and my system locking up with Capture at 99% cpu utilization - sorry have some programs I wanted to record this weekend and dont have the time to submit logs.

    I can do that, but...

    1. It is not consistent--that is, it did it incorrectly the first time after I installed the new update but hasn't since then (which equates to about once in 5 uses, or 20%).

    2. The way I use TitanTV to add to the schedule is to click on the record button in TitanTV and then when the dialog comes up to either "open" or "save" the TVPI file, I click "open." So, I'm not sure how I would send you the TVPI file since I don't think it is ever saved locally. I could be wrong about that--if so, tell me where the TVPI files go and I'll send them.

Here's another person who seems to be having this problem. Maybe information from this person can help find a pattern?

If you are using IE then my guess is they are stored in the Temporary Internet files. Try saving one once and see what the default location is. I have been using Firefox and it gives you the ability to change the download location so these files are going where I wanted them to on download or "Save"

    Good test.

If I manually add a program in scheduler and then edit it, the channel is displayed correctly

If I add the program using TitanTV, it initially appears in the scheduler with the correct channel. When I then edit it, the channel defaults back to the first one in the list and I have to manually reset it. However, if I then close scheduler, reopen it, and attempt to edit the file, the channel stays correct.

    I am using 1.2a.

Mikerla: Right, if I were saving the file it would be easy to see where it was going. But, I'm not saving the file, so, I don't believe it goes anywhere on my local machine. But, just to be sure, I checked both my default download location and the web temp files location. It doesn't go to either one--if it goes to one of those spots, it is immediately erased after it gets added to the schedule.

See attachment. The recording goes off as planned with the correct channel with no editing.
@ Mr X & TNG Is this fixed in the new release? the Scheduler still picks up the first channel when you run a tvpi file from TitanTv

    Thanks and HAPPY New Year
