HD PVR (01227) Picture Flickering?

Hey Guys!
first of all im from Germany and my English isn't the Best but i hope you understand what my Problem is.

This is my 2nd HD PVR the First One Broke after 2 Month or Something no Reaction nothing :-(

So yesterday i got my New One and it got the Same Picture Flickering as my Old one. (I brought the New one from another Shop)

I don't know where the Problem is but if i Record or just let the ATM Open and See my Capture Live Screen i got after a While a Flickering on the Screen.

My PC is a Quad Qore with 512mb HD Graphic Card.
I also tryed the Device on my Laptop but the same prob is also there.

Do i anything wrong? or maybe wrong Installation Rotation or what is the Problem with the HD PVR?

I also try it with my XBOX360 but there are also the same Problem.

What version of the Drivers and TME are you using?
What is the Rev of your HD-PVR? <on the label on the bottom of the unit, D2, E1 etc>

Did you RMA your old unit?

I use the Latest Version of TME my HD PVR Version is Rev D1.
My RMA is Totaly New 4GB Ram in it.

And i use the Latest Driver hdpvr_1.0.5.6_beta.zip

I Deinstalled now everything installed first the Driver from the CD and then the TME from CD and test if its work on my Vista x64 and result? It Work without flickering and the actually driver for Vista x64 the only problem is Videodecoder now Show me As NTSC_M not PAL_B (<-- im German and Play PAL) and i can only choose recording format .ts so it looks for me the problem comes from the TME.

I also installed then the Latest Beta Driver from the Page and it works also without Flickering in the Picture.

So my Question is it possible that the Actually TME don't work fine with the latest beta driver of the HD PVR?

I had a look at the file and can certainly see the little judder. Not sure what it could be, i'll try to find out.

ohh, ok, you posted while i was typing.

If you go to the TME app in the program files>arcsoft>totalmedia extreme folder, what does the file version show?

My RMA is Totaly New 4GB Ram in it.

Sorry, i meant your old HD-PVR <You said you got a new one> As the old one was faulty Did you send it to Hauppauge?

I sent my Old one back to the Shop i buyed it and was waiting over 2 month and the answer i get my Money back from the Shop and they said it's unrepairable.

I installed only the Version vrom the CD v1.0c
every time i start the programm he told me there is an update available
