I'm new, any help on using hd pvr?

Hello,

i just got my Hauppauge HD PVR, after installing the hardware, drivers and the software totalmedia extreme.

I try to launch the totalmedia Extreme, and also turn on the hd pvr for recording, i got a message that said that the devices is not available because it is in use and also i have not launch any capture software only the totalmedia extreme is using?

Please any help. i also insert a picture of it so if any one can help me.

Hi,

This usually comes up when the signal source attached is not compatible with the TME for some reason.

Also, make sure you have the latest 2.1 disc, or the 2.0 disc with the drivers from here:
