Splitting component inputs?

Hi everyone, is there a way to split component inputs on the HD PVR. What I mean by this is that I would like to record my TV shows and my PS3 gameplay withou having to change the inputs manually everytime. So I was wondering if there is a simple way to either split the inputs so I can switch from one another or some switcher box.

I expect you could use a switcher box, can get them from maplin and the like. Do a search for Component switcher, there are many around. Then you just need to flick a switch to change between inputs.
