Which Nova T(D) 500 to buy to work sith WinTV v7

Hi,

I am trying to purchase a new card that will immediately work with WinTV v7.

PC World have a WinTV Nova T 500 (model 287)
and
Ebuyer has a WinTV Nova TD 500 (model 289)

Which should I buy to guarentee working with the WinTV v7 software

They both should have the new 84xxx revision but it depends how old the stock is. Ebuyer sounds safest as it actually refers to the NOva-TD 500 so it will be the 84xxx.

The PC World nova t 500 (287) is £8 cheaper and is off the shelf rather than mail order.

It's in a black/white box -- is there anything else on the packaging that I could tell if it is a 84xxx model (code numbers etc. ) ?

maybe you can just ask them to open it up for you? I don't quite know how to tell myself. I think it'll look the same from the outside.
