    Default HD PVR Problem: Software says device is BUSY!!

    I have talked to tech support for 2 1/2 hours about this and they could not get the unit to work. They came to the conclusion that the 1st unit was broken, so I sent that one back, got a new one in the mail today, and I still have the same problem!

    "Device is busy or is being used by another application. Please close the application and try again". There's no way I got 2 broken units...

    Help...Please...

    Have a look at my post below regarding this issue. They also tried to tell me my unit had bad hardware, which wasn't the case at all.
