the new wintv 7.2 30102 (cd2.5b) update not working (Windows 8 CP)

the new WinTV update is giving me a NO SIGNAL when trying to view any channels on pc,,it worked before the update,,,also the ipad and iphone is now working but I still have to use CMD to get server running

Just wait for official Windows 8 Beta support in a release or run the server in the command prompt.

Is the "No Signal" iissue starting LiveTV in WinTv v7 itself? If so please attach a set of logs.

I have wintv with extend newest version,, windows 8 beta,,getting NO SIGNAL error,,, cmd works now though with newest update but no signal now

Mr X is saying you'll need to enable extended logging, reboot, then reproduce the problem, stop the Hauppauge TV Server service, then zip and attach the complete set of logs.

Unfortunately I cant see any obvious reason in those logs. It looks like the device has failed to lock onto a signal.

Sorry, I dont know. I'm not have any issues with the current release. I'm not running Win8 though.

I upgraded to the newest version now,, now the server is running (its green),,no more CMD,,, but im still getting NO SIGNAL,,while on the older version I had to use CMD but I was sill getting a picture,,,now I get no NO SIGNAL,,mr x please check logs,,thanks

I've got Win8 CP on a test machine, but I don't have any development tools on that machine so I've not had a chance to take a closer look yet.

all you do is go to program feature and stick some option below . restart PC after that . work perfectly on window 8 CP

it works but its very slow changing channels and it freezes a lot when changing channels too on the ipad and iphone,, thanks anyway

I had the same problem after the update. what i was told was, uninstall wintv software, not the driver if is the latest driver. and re-install wintv and when it ask you if you want to keep your existing channels say No. that should do it.
