It seems this version WinTV 7 CD2.4d has high codec priority.
And this causes media players not to play media files: audio plays ok, but there is no video.
This codec priority is called "merit" in DirectShow terms.
*After i remove WinTV 7 from PC - media players plays ok files (mpg, ts, mp4 and so on)
