TV Server could not be started

I keep getting this message, this morn have reinstalled everything twice, clicked on the restart server button but no response?

can you attach a set of logs?

This is the only file I could find as Win tv will not open

Is your drive full? or some other AV software blocking it?

It's only part installed

The file 'C:\Program Files\WinTV\TVServer\Blast.exe' could not be opened. Please check that your disk is not full and that you have access to the destination directory. Access is denied.

I still cant get it started I turned of UAC and went to services opened properties and could see before me it going from start to stop, so something is switching it off, there is also another error message when loading which hopefully you will see as i caputered it with the snipping tool. The disk is no where near full as I only have what i need to run.

sorry, I meant to say the install isn't finishing, that's why the service won't start. It got to deploy the above line and failed.

Everything is ok now I did a system restore back to the 12 Dec, no idea what caused it.
