Hi,
I am having problems with WinTV v7 (2.4d) getting stuck on "buffering" with HD channels. Screen is black. When I try to watch SD, I get a few lines on the top and big lag spikes from both picture and sound.
If I remove the CAM from the WinTV-CI, everything runs normal. Unfortunately 99% of my channels are scrambled so this leaves me with only 3 channels available. I have tested the CAM in my TV and it works perfectly fine there.
My cabel provider is Canal Digital, Oslo, Norway. My CAM is a Strong pairing CAM from Smit, bought directly from Canal Digital.
I am using the following hardware in my HTPC box:
Core i3 2100T, 2.5GHz
4GB DDR3 memory
128GB SSD Force 3
NVidia 9500GT
Asus P8P67-M PRO
Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-5500-HD
Hauppauge WinTV-CI
Strong Pairing CAM by Smit
