Can I turn off aspect ratio in WinTV 2.4d?

I used to be able to stretch the picture to any size with the previous versions but after downloading CD 2.4d (7.x.29304) the option doesn't seem to be there.
Is there a way to turn off aspect ratio?

edit C:\users\public\wintv\settings.xml and change the line

<HideLockedAspectRatio>true</HideLockedAspectRatio>

to

<HideLockedAspectRatio>false</HideLockedAspectRatio>

Just for anyone else doing this on Windows, you might get a message saying the file is in use and can't be edited. You need to ctrl-alt-delete to bring up the Task Manager - stop the WinTVtray process and stop the HauppaugeTVServer service.
