You need a dual DVB-S tuner. If you want Channel 4 HD you will need DVB-S2, all the other SD and HD channels only use DVB-S (S2 is backward compatible).

If you have a DVB-S tuner you can watch and record BBC HD, BBC One HD, ITV1 HD (but not channel 4 HD) if you have WinTV v7 HD software.

Channel 4 HD will require a DVB-S2 tuner

You haven't told us:

If you have a desktop or a laptop
What type of connection: USB, PCI, PCI-E
Whether you need DVB-S2 (for C4HD) or just DVB-S
Price limit
Do you need a remote control

The are only 2 DVB-S2 products I believe, both single tuner:

Not that I'm aware of. You'd need to purchase two boards.

2 x HVR-4400's would be pretty cool, you've have dual DVB-S2 AND dual DVB-T then. (4 tuners!)
