Upgrading from 2.1 to 2.2b 4400 card under Windows 7 (64bit) I retained the channel database.
After an initial tests all Freesat channel have no signal.
Freeview channels stop frame - freezes - then continues, particularly on Channel 4, ITV, E4, not on BBC 1 or 2. Sometimes the image is is shown at the top but blank half way down.
I rescanned the channels - no satellite channels are found.
The PC with 4000 card has no problems with Freeview or Freesat (WinTV 2.1). The PC under XP and 3000 card has no problems with Freeview or Freesat (WinTV2.1) , but under Windows 7 WinTV 2.2b finds all the channels but displays none.
I got the 4400 card 24th June 2010 - I have not had it working yet without any faults.
I am unable to attach logs from this machine the uploads complains about a security token.
I have just installed a previous set of drivers I had from Mr X. I can now see that it finds the satellite channels, but Freeview is useless with 90% of the TV image blank and the sound chopped up. Release 2.2b has issues that is were not seen with previous driver releases.
