HVR-4400 signal problem (dvbviewer)

Running Windows 7 and want to use this card only with dvb-s, but I get no signal to the card or so it says.
I`ve had it up and running once in WMC and once in dvbviwer after this time it will not get any signal.
connecting directly from the Dish, no setup box.
Checks the signal with a dreambox and all is fine.
In dvbviwer I can chose between this two devices from my card.
BDA tuner demod(1) and Alt BDA tuner demod(2). I belive Alt BDA demod(2) is the one for dvb-s and I chose this for dvb-s that thime I`ve got it to work.
If i try to chosse BDA tuner demod (1) for satellite I`ve get 90% in signal, so this is confusing when I`m not hook up on dvb-T.
Don`t know what to do with this :(

Does this issue happen directly after a reboot ?
Have you tried a reboot ? Is the problem fixed after a reboot ?

You are not the only person with this issue .... atm I reboot every 24 hrs to get a usable system.

I think that Hauppauge have an issue here they are not letting on about.

@flexerman, for a test i suggest to try with the hauppage software first

i'm using dvbv&win7 without probs with sat, i have only some dvb-t "fast freezes" (with the about 2 months ago drivers)
