Adobe live media encoder

Can you stream live tv to justin.tv or a rtmp server using adobe live media encoder using a hauppauge wintv hvr 850?

Everytime i try on adobe live i get this message that it's already in use i tried many cam and it says it can't grab from hauppauge, magic camera won't work either or webcammax.

Someone please help, i'm on a windows 764bit hp

I have had the same problem the only thing that worked was Justin.TV you must degrade to flash player 9 http://www.oldapps.com/flash_player.php

as far as abobe-flash media encoder you will need a flash sever to host, here is a free opensource flash media server.

or Webcammax but I found that program to be a cpu hog 70% usage good luck, wish I kept my old ATI ve card it worked well for a composite camera stream using the camcorder

since the latest updates flash media encoder and anything after 24.c it works good on Ustream like a charm
