Hi,
I have installed WinTV 7 and all is working fine. The one problem I have is if I record a 2 hour show and watch only half of it, how do I return to where I left off after powering WinTV down? It is a little tedious and time consuming using the advance button considering it advances only a minute or two at a time. Isn't there a way to enter in the specific time to get exactly where I'd like to resume program?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Will

You can either click a spot on the timeline under the video window, you can you type the number of minutes you want to skip followed by the skip key (Ctrl-RightArrow). For example, 20-skip will jump 20 minutes.

Thanks for your response NewGuy! The type-in-skip feature works for me but clicking on the timeline brings me no response. Skip feature is more accurate but I'd like to try to get the click timeline feature working also. I also notice that the timeline only shows up for 5 seconds and only after I hit pause or play. Is that normal?

Note I said the timeline below the video window, not the timeline OSD graphics which appears over the video.

Ok, I can understand my confusion. That timeline doesn't appear when in full screen, which is where I view my recordings. I can resize the collapsed screen to it's full size but that still falls short of the true full screen.

As mentioned above, you can always skip x minutes.

Not looking for a change or update, just wanted to know the options. I was just addressing why I couldn't relate to the primary timeline but you have helped me in that direction. Thanks.
