How to ensure H264 update installation?

Great, so you've released 1.3 and it seems to be going well so far. :D

In your list of updates you mention you "Updated H.264 Video Decoder" and I'm wondering this. If I use hcwclear to remove CD1.2x completely, but leave the previous H264 installed, will the updated version get installed or will the old version remain (or is there anywhere i can check versions :confused:)

uninstall everything and just have the HD CD in the drive during install and it'll all get installed for you
