1.2b no title mode can't keep "stay on top"

When ever switched to no title mode, the window doesn't stay on top anymore. I have to toggle "stay on top" option to re-enable it. This is on Windows XP sp3.

Another problem is not specific to 1.2b. I've notice it since 1.2a. The double click that is used to switch 3 view mode is at very slow speed. The double click speed setting for mouse doesn't seem to have effect here. whenever I double click and switch from normal to no title, I want to single click on the window and move it. While quite often, if I don't wait a very long time, the single click get it switch to full screen mode.

still not quite working in 1.2c. What I meant is it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

In normal mode, move part of the window out of screen, then double click to switch no title. Most of the time, it doesn't stay on top. If in normal mode, move all the window in, then double click to switch no title. Most of the time, it does stay on top.

But still it's very random and I didn't bother to really test it thoroughly, which I think the developers should've...

The double click speed problem still exists BTW.

I've got revisiting this on my list of things to do.
