Windows 7 64Bit & TME doesn't work :-(

I'm using the Released version of Windows7 64Bit and unfortunately TME won't work. On loading it it directs me to download an update and also points to the 1.5.6 driver. Unfortunately it then reports "device disconnected" whenever I try and capture anything. The capture module seems to work with Sage TV.

Anybody know when this will be fixed? Can't beleive something this new won't work with Win7 when all my other kit does!

that's good news! Any idea if you did anything special at all?
Did you install the original program before you installed the update?
I keep getting device is disconnected errors in Arcsoft but it works with SageTV so I expect it's a Arcsoft fault.

Just wasted an hour playing with it, uninstalled Sage TV, installed TME with all options checked, it worked until it did the update and it's never worked again. System restore couldn't fix it neither could removing everything, digging around on the hard disk for anything left over, deleting that then reinstalling.
TME seems to be even worse than Nero for support!
Does anyone know of anything else that can be used for capture?
