Will this work? Wireless or wired?

Hi there,

new to forum so apologies if this is a really stupid question. But I want to do is get an MVP for the purpose of watching movies from my PC. However, everything in our house is wireless. My question is, can I watch high quality mpeg-2's across my wireless network or will it need to be wired? I have included a picture of my setup and where I want the MVP to be (looking to get the Hauppauge Media MVP Network Media TV Centre).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is that a wired MVP or wireless MVP in near the TV? You could use a wireless client bridge to a wired mvp which would work fine. Or you could use a wireless MVP instead. These are the choices you can do in your situation.

Or you could use the wireless access point switch point but that can be slow going or have some issues. I've tried that prior. You have some choices you can tried.
