Ok i am just about to order the WinTV-PVR-500 MCE but i have two questions first

1.Does it support PAL 60?
I heard that the hardware supports it but the software doesn't is this true ?
If this is true can some one point me in the correct direction for the drivers

The notches in the PCI connector are to do with whether its a 3.3V tolerant card or 5V tolerant card. Don't worry about that.

As for PAL-60 - yes, the hardware itself supports it but WinTV software doesn't. Also be aware however, that I think PAL-60 only works for viewing - the MPEG2 encoder for recording does not support PAL-60 (or the driver doesn't support it), unless I'm mistaken.
