"no tuner available at the specified time" scheduler error

Thanks to the helpful souls inhabiting these forums, I now understand I should be using the built-in scheduler that comes with WinTV 7. But I still can't schedule a recording; when I try to do so I get this error message:

'WinTV is unable to schedule the specified recording. No tuner is available at the specified time'

Is this because I'm trying to record from a composite (red, white, yellow) source, which is the only way I can get a signal to the HVR-4000 card from my cable provider's set-top box (I'm on Starhub in Singapore). If so, then I guess I'm out of luck; but I'm only on WinTV 7 1.1B, so maybe upgrading to 1.2c would fix things?

yes this will work fine in cD 1.2c
